Tangible assets are assets that has physical existence and it can be touch and seen.

Some examples of tangible assets is properties, real estates, machinery and equipments. Tangible assets are part of fixed assets and it will face depreciation every year until its useful life ends. It is opposite of intangible assets, which can not be seen and touch physically. Investors can find the tangible assets in balance sheet.
